We have a city easement on our property. basically a large hole, deep and dangerous, if the intention was to collect water from the top of our street. This easement is so dangerous that the city is the first place put a fence around it 10 years after the fence is in disrepair and the city refuses to repair or replace. My question is, how the size of serfdom get dropped, it is not necessary this125ft long, 50 meters wide and 20 feet deep range of rainwater that has never been more filled with 1 m water depth.
